PKIGuide.com interviews Walt Davis, former Kings Island and TOGO executive, about the alleged pending sale of the park's oldest operating steel coaster, King Cobra. Davis says the park "talked about using that land for something else for the last ten years or so."

I am planning my first visit to PKI this Spring. Hope its operating. Just so I can see for myself. The other stand-ups in my arsenal are Riddlers Revenge, Mantis and Chang will be the day prior. KC SHOULD let me down, eh???

I've traded in my 2000 Giovanola for a 2002 Arrow X4D :)
My other car is now an Arrow X4D!
Depends on what you're expecting.

If you're expecting a pretty good ride on a 20 year-old coaster that shakes you up a little bit, you won't be let down. :)

No, the test seat will not be for Son of Beast.

Here's a guess...duh TR:TR? :)

By the way, who's going to have the first TR:TR TR? (Tomb Raider: The Ride Trip Report)

Sept. 11th 2001, Slayer released God Hates Us All. The song "Disciple" uncannily describes the events of that day, as well as the anthrax letters that followed.
--Slayer: Thrash band, or the next Nostradamus?

Will TR: TR be open for opening day?

How does King Cobra compare to Le Cobra at La Ronde in Montreal?

Did y'all like Mantis better?

i was told that canobie lake park was interested a couple of years ago, but the lift was too long to fit it in the park.
I've never found King Cobra or Shockwave all that painful, just boring.
That's on eof my favorite rides at the park!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean how many standup coasters can you actually get AIRTIME on? Not the little stuff but the good stuff...close to being unsafe!!!!!!

It's his turn to feast, when you ride the Son of Beast.
KC was one of my first big coasters.  I rode it a few years ago and wasn't disappointed.  I also love the simple layout and the little cammel humps at the end are great.
(Just taking a guess at the test seat inquiry....

FOF

It's the only other rc in the park other than KC, RRR and F/O, that I remember, that has a 'restriction' device (ie. seat belt, safety clip) on the restraint. I'm guessing other people, like me, who can't ride FOF anymore due to that clip, complained? And with the big added wait time for popularity to boot. If, that is, I'm right in my assumption, but I'm sure Shaggy will prove this wrong. :) )

'Everwrong' Chris

Chris, if you would lose some wieght maybe you would be able to fit on some ride... So stop complaining ans shut the **** up. I am the only person here who knows what there are talking about and i don't know ****. So this may tell you what you all know.
