describ your personal max airtime experience!!

I guess that none of you guys have ever ridden Phoenix at Knobel's.  There really is a reason that Car 1 Row 3 is called the ejector seat.
I'd have to agree with NitroExplodes. Rolling Thunder at SFGAdv always keeps me out of my seat . After the first drop I'm pretty much out of my seat for the rest of the ride.
Also, the 1 time I rode Thunderhawk at Dorney Park I flew out of my seat at the TOP of many of the hills. It really caught me off guard and I think I nearly flew out of the car like 3 times. It was insane! Does anyone know if that ride is always like that?
.....and this one time on magnum

....and this one time on millennium force

ahh some stories are better left untold :)

I would say that also. Raging Bull, at night, last row, loose lapbar (as loose as they will allow). Another thing that makes it better is siting in the left end seat (on the third hill, it seems like you are floating in the air). ;)

Airtime City in the Midwest definitely belongs to Worlds of Funs MAMBA! Still the best Morgan in the US. After it's 3 enourmous drops and six camel back hills including one of the first double up airtime hills Mamba provides not only a fast and smooth ride but also one with a great view of beautiful Kansas City.
The most artime I've ever had was on MF. I had at least 2-3 inches between me and the lapbar, my seatbelt was somewhat loose, and it was one of the best rides I've ever had on it. I was sitting in 5-1, and this ride was incredible.

On the drop, I had to put my feet down to "stand up" because I felt a little too open. :) I didn't touch the seat or lapbar on the 3rd hill, which is very cool. On the return hill, I got some more great floater air, and on the bunny hill, I was ejected with a lot of force. It was awesome.

If it hadn't been for this year's Coastermania, it would have been my best ride on it. Since then, I've discovered a never riding technique that maximizes open-ness and makes it feel like an inverted/floorless MF.

This is a very cool way to ride MF. First, you have to be in one of the back 2 seats of the car. You have to sacrifice some of the view...but trust me, what the ride lacks in view, it makes up in airtime. After I pull down the lapbar, I give myself enough room to wedge my legs between the lapbar, and the elevated portion of the car's floor. I get my legs free by sliding my feet forward, and I can extend my feet all the way with one foot between the front 2 seats, and the other one towards the outside of the car. You have GOT to try riding it like this, it makes it so much more intense, and it maximizes airtime.

Though mamba looks like a good ride, I have to disagree with your best morgan in America.
I personally think that Phantom's Revenge might be the best.
And by the way, Phantoms Revenge has some nice airtime as well. :)

Knotts Halloween Haunt!!
29 years and still screaming.

SD2000 at Nagashima Spaland in Japan had amazing air-time, no matter where I sat; and Timber Terror at Silverwood in Idaho was superb.   They're both so fun that I couldn't stop laughing even after double-digit rides on each.  I can't wait to ride more Morgan and CCI coasters. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Closing test ride on Lightning Bolt at MGM. Lapbar down three clicks sitting in row 10. Off the second lift, pure bliss!

CP Blue Streak had airtime on the bunny hop after the first drop. Add in the damn seatbelt buckle which slid underneath the lapbar and.....

Ouch. ;)

Magnum is the best airtime machine :)

I pray that I will never see a Six Flags Conneaut Lake

I've been on 4 hypers before. My first hyper was A.C. and I felt a good deal of air time on that, my most recnt was SROS at SFNE. Well before I thought that AC had lots of airtime but compared to ROS it was nothing, hill after hill after hill after of floating air time. It definitely deserves the nickname SIR AIR!
5 occasions come to mind for different reasons.

The most "terrifying" instances of air came both on the same trip… Kennywood's Jackrabbit (that infamous double dip) and Lakemont's Skyliner (first drop, back seat). In both cases I swore I was going to make it to the top of the next hill before the train!

The most sustained was on Steel Force. After the helix turn around, we floated the whole way back to the station over those "bunny hops" (sure as heck have BIG bunnies in Allentown if that is the size of their hops!)

Most stomach turning air, as dumb as it sounds, I found on Pharaoh's Fury (Swinging ship) at the York Fair (York PA). Okay, so it is a portable ride, but at the top of the swing (where I swear you are above the axel/pivot point of the ride) it took my stomach a few seconds to catch up to the rest of my body as we floated in our seats.

But the over all most fun… that wonderful creation known as Knoebels' Pheonix.

Please disregard anything said by me that is incomprehensible, incoherent, or just dumb. I am and will be drained from the arduous school year, thank you!

Anyone wanna go on a limb with me and say Canyon Blaster, first drop, last seat?
Apollo's Chariot!
S:RoS at SFNE in the back seat. Just let your body relax with a loose lap bar. It's like heaven on earth. Your in your lap bar the whole time. Its amazing especially the 4th hill. OMG your out of your seat the whole hill, not just the crest. Peeps got to ride S:RoS at SFNE.

Dan: Oh yeah, and this one time, at band camp...:)

Third hill on S:ROS @ SFDL. Gets me every time. Pure euphoria.

Well, call me biased, but I'll once again go with the three B&M hypers. I did love MF's air, sure it had little, but it's great, and I'd also say Shivering Timbers has awesome air. Deja Vu has incredible hangtime on the second spike, and heres a shocker...ride Demon@SFGAm in the last row, and you'll get huge ejector air on the first drop. Once I found that out i never set foot in any other row on Demon.
