Thanks for letting us know, jpb. I love the site! The pictures and video are incredible. I just got approval from the fiancée to order one with whatever gift money we may receive once we get married. :)
Finally we have a site to show everyone what we've been doing with our spare time for the last 4 years! You have to check out the on-ride video...it is unbelievable.(By the way, it was shot at 1/4 speed) We are within three weeks of getting all the components finished (molds, etc). Then we must put together directions, diagrams, and packaging while we wait on the individual pieces to arrive. We still have a lot to do, but it is closer than ever. We will continue to update this site and our own with information. Thank you all for your interest and enthusiasm.
Just wondering how things have been going?
You're selling these things? Really? These are amazing!!!!!!!! How much do they cost? Where could I buy one?

It flies through the course. It seemd it would just make it through the loops. By the video it looks like there is a launch at the top of the hill...

Trust me that there isnt a launch on this model at all. The model is just that good!

I have seen it in person and the video just does not do it justice.

Well, it is a month later and we are very busy! We are well on our way to selling out the first run of kits. We are trying to firm up European distribution at this time for our customers overseas. Internet response has been very positive. We've had lots of feedback from Europe and the US. If anyone has any connections to enthusiasts in the far east, please go to our site and let us know via the contact page. I don't know if there are any clubs in Japan or Hong Kong, but we may be interested in advertising in their publications. I hate to ask on a forum for this, but I simply don't know. Thanks.

Here is the latest: Mike and I spent the last three days wrapping up some loose ends on the model. We finalized the layout for the kit and simplified the construction and support structure. The kit includes about 40+ feet of track and will have a loop, cobra roll, helix, and numerous hills. We ran the model for over 3 hours continuous (which is about 11/2 miles!) with no problems. We still hope to ship in May. Stay tuned.
Great news. Can't wait till I get mine.

Awesome. Can hardly wait for the kit!

Great, can't wait
What do you mean "finalized the layout" I thought you could build any design we like?

Are the loop etc. going to come ready built?

You can build any ride, but we have to have a basic layout in the instructions since the majority of people probably won't deviate from the standard design. They have to start somewhere and it has to work. The elements do not come pre-built.
Thanks, I see now

Just waiting for an email on how to pay now!

Just wondering if any kits have been shipped out yet. Can't wait to hear what everyone thinks.
I've got a question... how does the scale of the B&M inverted ride compare to that of Faller's ride models? I'd love to build a Faller amusement park with a serious major coaster, but I worry about the invert being out-of-proportion.
The CoasterDynamix model is O scale (1:48), while the Faller rides are HO or N scale (1:87 and 1:160, respectively).

There goes that idea...

But thanks for the info!

Rob,
Only for now though. If this is a huge success they were talking about doing other models (coaster styles) and possibly even going to HO scale. Either way I am getting me one. Even if it wont go with my model railroad.
