I think what they need to do with both Flooded Mine and Fire in the Hole, is to get Sally Corp to make them some new anamatronics. Redo the Mine with up-to-date shoot-em-up technology, but have FITH be as is, but with new effects.
I'm not sure I would like having that there, but I guess it would be an upgrade to what is there. I do remember that one of the ideas showed the Flooded Mine with a new concept.

Hmm...I didn't get that feeling about that concept. Not that it matters anyway. To me it seemed like it would be an "Underground" style ride. The other idea(s) seemed a whole lot better to me.

The flooded mine replacement was a coaster very similar to Lost Coaster at IB. My point to them was why have 2 mine themed coasters across from each other.. it kinda defeats the theme of Thunderation.
I think the Ice House concept is the best fit for SDC in that most of their rides tell a good story. That theme fits that park very well. They really don't need another kiddie play area. I think a family ride would go over much better with the guests.

Well Chris let's just narrow it down and open another can of worms shall we? If you want to narrow it down even more you could go and say, why have another drop tower in tower with Accelorator at CCity? Well I guess that pretty much makes it clear now doesn't it? :) (shakes his head). Ok people if you can't figure it out from these two posts you need help. ;)
