Coaster Junkie from NH
I drive in & out of Boston, so I ride coasters to relax!
I'm still a-maized that there's actually something called the "American Cornhole Association" that offers memberships, and there are sanctioned matches and official rules. How have I missed this my whole life?
OMG.. Thats a big deal at our Tailgates for football. We get into some serious competition with that game.. I absolutely love it! Cornhole Bag in one hand.. Beer in other.. What could be better :)
Edit to suppress Moosh as much as possible

Moosh has trying to get me to play cornhole for years.
I suspect shenanigans...

Yep, I just played this for the first time at the Redskins Monday night game last week. Pretty fun, especially since someone else was doing the math as I was too inebriated.
And much better than the actual football game.

rollergator, not to be picky, but the Goliath at LaRonde is not a hyper. The total height is only 174' 10".
You forgot the exchange rate.
Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."

I wouldn't want to cornhole with Stubby Kaye either. :)

Well you did say you were at a Redskins game... Not sitting here shocked by that remark ;)

I'm sure shouts of "Yeah! We're going cornholing tonight!" right out an regular basis across the south and Kentucky.

I'm hearing positive stuff from media day attendees. Sadly I'm going to the beach this weekend instead of Carowinds, but since they're open for Good Friday, and I don't work that day, I guess I'll skoot on down to get my pass processed and ride the new Beemer and Afterburn (and maybe the 2 woodies).
I'm so happy to finally live less than an hour from a major theme park.
Event was nice.. Speech was short and sweet and the coaster was smooth with lots of Airtime.. The food was tasty. I haven't been fortunate enough to ride Diamondback but if DB has lots of airtime, then this is its close relative. Speed was nice throughout and very little trimming.
The day started beautiful, but clouds rolled in and made photographing difficult. Also for those who want to take some snaps. The Sun pretty much sits behind the lift hill for a good portion of the afternoon as viewed from the entrance. Best photo spots are the entry way to Carowinds, from the Peanuts area looking back or Early/Late in the day.
That said, heres some of my snaps from the Media Day. Few good ones here and there all things considered.

Fantastic photos, Ridemcoaster. The more that I see of the ride, the more that I think I'll like it.
EDIT - I just watched the POV. The steepness of the drops and rises are really noticeable.

Well that video certainly encourages people to carry cameras (read: loose items) onboard as this is clearly not mounted.
But these sort of things irritate me as an enthusiast and one who has a wife that deals with safety issues..
Edit: It was removed from here.. less irritated now :)
