can't find wacky worlds

I might be going to buy this on Friday, but not having any new rides kills the game. Why would I want more scenarios when I coul djust upload coasters at CB Games?

Addicted and I LOVE IT!

Unlike the bulk of the coaster geeks here, many people actually enjoy the scenarios. Myself, I'm not that interested in just blindly creating rides on flat land. That's not challenging. I like having to work rides into a landscape. Sure, some of the scenario parameters are stupid, but my best parks have all been based on scenarios.

true.....I like making fantasy parks the most, but that can get very boring. When you beat a scenarios it makes u feel good. LOL

That sounds good, ThrillGuy. The continent idea is actually pretty cool. I know everyone was thinking new scenarios meant a recreation of "C34d3r P01nTt!!!!11111" or other SF parks... but this seems like a cool concept too. Can't wait until it arrives. :)

I'd have to second what Jeff said...The joy of RCT is that it is micromanagement and theme park simulation. If you want 3D coasters only, get No Limits or something like that.

HOPEFULLY.....I will be getting it today. Guess what, Im expecting to get it at Wal*Mart. Does that sound right, does anyone know if Wal*Mart has it?

I warms my heart to hear other sing the joys of scenario play. And using the word "micromanagement" - wonderful.

Too bad people like us who quickly bore with "sandbox" mode are the minority. There's a lot of RCT players missing the strongest point of the game.

I found it at GameStop earlier, but I held off on getting it. I wanna see how others review it before I find out if it's worth getting or not.

So there is no Rocket Coaster?

There is no rocket coaster. Despite not having any real "new" rides, the train styles are inventive and I really like the new theming elements. You can build some pretty elaborate structures with the South American theme objects.

While it would have been cool to have tons of new rides, I think there are already more than enough coaster types in the game. My only gripe with the expansion pack is that they didn't find a way to make more scenery in each level avaliable.

Wait, Let me get this straight, there is not a SINGLE new ride in the entire game?

If so, then WHAT THE **** Was Chris Sawyer thinking. It's Roller Coaster Tycoon, Not Theming Tycoon. We don't need new scenary, we can make our own now.

I knew theming would be the focus but I thought there would be at least some new rides.

I will not be getting Wacky Worlds. It is pointless and overpriced.

Has anyone been able to find it in the Seattle area? Checked Fred Meyer, CompUSA, and Best Buy in North Seattle with no luck.

Even Corkscrew Follies and Loopy Landscapes had extra rides.

To all the Greater Cleveland CBuzzers who are interested in getting Wacky Worlds, Comp USA at Great Northern has it.

I've looked everywhere (Best Buy, Circuit City, EB Games and even K Mart) but with no luck. Comp USA is the only store that has it right now.

X Factor, who doesn't care if there's no new rides.

im still debating if i should get it. The Comp USA on Chagrin (Cleveland) did not have it so I couldn't even see the box.

Well, I can't find it......anywhere. I will not be getting it, and plus it was supposed to be released yesterday. What a big lie.
