BuzzCon '03 at SFGAm

Hell MFing yeah !!! :) I'll be there for sure, although I'd prefer it not be on a Saturday (but an early season Saturday wouldn't be too bad, I guess). Of course, this means I gotta join the club. Of course, I've always wanted to, but money's been tight. Beetween now and spring, you bet I'm gonna be sure to set aside $20. This is great, because it's rare that I get a chance to get to Ohio, where most of y'all seem to live, so it'll be cool to get to finally meet some of you !

As for ERT, there's not a bad coaster in the park, so I'm happy to get ERT on any of them ! ERT on the flyer definitely makes the most sense, but DJV, Viper & Bull would all be great alternatives.

Thanks so much Jeff !!

I'm sure if there's enough time before the event.. I could get the time off from CP and make it with a guest.. and I'm sure my cousin (also a member) would show too as they hit that park last summer and her and the b/f would go again.

Ohh no.. not another Rob and LArry Chicago trip... Bring on the sleep depervation..

Ok jeff, now that we know it's at SFGAm, is there gonna be ERT?

That's answered in the first sentence of the first post on the very first page of this thread.

You really should do less posting and more reading. You're going to embarrass yourself.

Yeah, and another episode of "Captain Obvious" is probably in the works as we speak. :)

""To be the man, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!, You got to beat the man""!!!

The reason I asked was because he said "we might have con at SFGAm with ert on the new ride." Now we know it's gonna be at SFGAm, but he never said that there is gonna be ERT on the new ride.

Captain Obvious sez:

Oh, don't you wish. Listen here--I already rescued this guy from three dozen other people who would have called him a moron when I pointed him to this thread. Then I had to re-answer the ridiculously obvious question once I got him here. Ya know what? I ain't savin' him no more. In fact, for this episode I have a special guest--the talking mounted fish who sings the 'SpongeBob Squarepants' theme song on Nickleodeon. He's been inspired to sing a special song on this occasion. So without further ado....

Are ya ready, kids?

Aye aye, Cap'n!

I can't hear youuuuuuuu.......

AYE AYE, CAP'N!!!

Ohhhhhhhh......

Who is this guy with the two-sentence posts?

Brad-lee Papas!

Who asks about stuff three weeks old at the most?

Brad-lee Papas!

To see his own name seems to be his queer itch

Brad-lee Papas!

Demands that Jeff answers, like he was his (bleep)

Brad-LEEEEE Papaaaaaaaassssss!

Yes there will be ERT. What other reason is there to get enthusiasts together other than to eat?

What, Jeff...you don't like standing in line around enthusiasses who find stupid reasons to complain about stuff? ;)

I really didn't want to start and entire topic devoted to this and since it fits really nicely into this one, I'll just ask my question here!

Is there any way possible that when the events held by CoasterBuzz Club are about to take place, that the option of paying for our tickets with a credit card over the internet could happen? Then we could just get tickets in the mail like usual or pick them up at the window like we did at PKI.

I don't know what all is involved in setting up a credit card transaction "thingy" (for lack of a better term) on this sight, but it sure be easy and perhaps you wouldn't get a zillion emails asking, "Did you get my money yet? Did mine make it there on time?" Kinda like I did at CBuzzCon '02. (btw..sorry about all that trouble Jeff.)

The mail-in form last year did allow for credit cards. In some ways it was easier to handle it that way.
