Also, the headchoper on the way down is crazy. I seriously ducked the firt time I rode.

Phantom's Revenge: the first time you go under Thunderbolt. This has to be the biggest one of them all! People don't just pull their hands down, they litterally "dunk their heads" when going under that!
Gemini. The 5th hill right before the final turnaround. They have that support so close to the part right before you go down.
FoF: It's not bad in the dark, but when they put the lights on. How do they fit those trains through there, let alone the people on them :)
Just some of the quick ones that come to mind.

Oh, and be careful of the flags on the Dania Beach Hurricane!
And I second TTD. While I learned to keep my hands up all the way through Millie on my second ride, I tried to do it on Draggie but it's too friggin' silly!
Speaking of the point, Maggie has a very scary section when your heading out and you go into the butterfly. If your sitting on the right, I swear that support is all but 2 feet from the track, and everyone on that side of the train puts their hands down.:)
Mantis Man, yes Coaster (as evidenced by Robocoaster) is a tough one, it can be done. Granted, all coasters can be done. I am still afraid to put my hands up on Coaster, but moreso because it hurts your stomach if you do. The other thing is my dare is only for the back seat, first time. It can be done easily in the front.
My point about White Cyclone is that in any seat, you will hit your hands on various sections, because they take their hand choppers seriously in Japan. ;)

Perhaps. I don't have the stamina you young whippersnappers do.

Anything you've ridden that you couldn't bring yourself to put your hands up?Nope.
Although I find that more and more, I'm less likely to ride with my hands up as a personal decision. Weird.
I noticed that about myself as welll. It was actually beginning to get a bit old. I'll find my hands in the air at the top of a hill, or the first drop, but other than that, rarely ever. Unless it's a woodie, or a hyper, they'll be down. I never understood why people try to raise their hands on say, a B&M looper, with those massive OTSR's...

Never Has Gravity Been So Uplifting.
I'd say personally that the one coaster that threw me for a loop as far as holding up hands was Phantom's Revenge at Kennywood. I tried riding like I do on S:ROS at SFA, but after the turn back towards the station, I found it's not smart to have your hands up in the air, because it gets way too violent.
