Although I don't know the figure, Cedar Point seemed to be the largest that I've been to. Took for EVER to walk from the Mean Streak to Raptor.

No cedar point is not the biggest. I would say it is great adventure.

SFWoA has more land then CP. Its a VERY long walk from the bird areana to XF. Im guessing around a 1/2hour walk, maybe more.

Welcome to Batman Knight Flight, America's longest floorless coaster.

The entire Six Flags New Jersey complex is the largest of all the Six Flags locations, however, the theme park, SFGAdv, only takes up a portion of the land. I would say that most of the larger parks now adays take up around 80-100 acres, however, I don't know the largest park in terms of acrage.

I believe Cedar Point is about 365 acres.

Dang, I guess I'm a coasterbuzz veteran cuz I've seen this topic about 8 times. The largest is DisneyWorld....Great Adventure is the largest seasonal...

What's love...it should be about us, it should be about trust!

SFEG is about 56 acres. or maybe it is 52 acres. either way, it is close.
SFWoA has 756acres, or something like that. Its double of CP. Thats what was in the Plain Dealer a while back.

Didn't say CP was the biggest, just the biggest that I've been to.

When they used to have the monorails at SFMM, I remember the announcer saying the park was 200 acres.

I believe it has also been debated that Disney World is not considered one park, but multiple parks. Because each park has a seperate admission, each park is considered to be a satellite park with-in the entire Disney World Complex. Yes, you can purchase a single ticket that will gain you access to all of the parks, but each park does offer an individual admission. Therefore I believe it had been agreed upon(or supported by many here) that SFWoA is the largest individual park. Am I wrong here? Please tell me if I am. Thanks y'all...hope I cleared somethings up here.

PKI Has about 800 acres if I am not Mistaken. That is is over a Square mile!

A Square mile is 640 Acres.

56 Acres would be about the size of a large city park.

Does CCI know how to make a bad coaster?

I'm pretty sure Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World is the biggest park. If not Magic Kingdom then I my guesses would be Epcot, Bush Gardens Tampa, Bush Gardens Willaimsburg, or Sea World Orlando.

Regarding Disneyworld, The magic kingdom is 100 acres, epcot is 260 acres, MGM is 135 acres, and Disney's Animal Kingdom is 500 acres.

On as side note, although i don't consider this a true theme park (more of a cross between a zoo and a theme park), The San Diego Wild Animal Park is 1800 acres. There are over 3500 animals. It is really an experience going on the 5 mile long monorail and feeling like you are in africa and asia. Here's a picture. I think the zoological society actually owns an additional 2000 acres just to be conserved for native animals.

ALL of Disney is 30,000 acres!!!!!

At least I dont call a vertical loop a "loopdie-loop"!

SFOT is only 148 acres. 80 is the parking lot, and the park is only 68 acres.

Well actually sonny, as of last year the safari at great adventure was free with admission, therefore it is the largest park!
