I have 85 coasters this year so far but at this time last year I only had 57 coasters. I will easily break 100 this season with trips to Conneaut, Darien Lake, Great Adventure, The Great American Amusement Park at LeSourdsville Lake(too long, much easier just to write Americana = ), PKI(still need to ride the junior coasters), and Myrtle Beach.

Yes I'm 15, no I'm not childish, I'm not being sarcastic, well maybe I do have somewhat of an ego...
Looks right now like I'll get Hershey in early August to reach 200.....thinking Lightning Racer might be appropriate for #199 and #200....
Goku2216, despite ALL you've heard about Cornball, it's STILL gonna surprise you....believe me....:):):)
bill, thinking Chuck has several good options at SFoG for his 200, and that he should get some 'buzzers together for the "historic" ride....;).....keep us posted on your plans.....
I just rode my 100th coaster on Friday at PCW riding Vortex. It was also my first suspended coaster.

104 coasters and counting.
100? I haven't even broken 10 yet, though the next "new" coaster- that is, one I haven't ridden yet- I ride will be my tenth. Even 50 will probably take some time for me to reach.

I broke the century mark in 2000, and my total now stands at 135. Sadly, I doubt it will grow much more this year. I just haven't had the time to take trips like I have the past couple of years.
When I knew I was getting close, I wanted to make sure that #100 would be a memorable one. As luck would have it, our trip to Knoebel's was coming up next, so I was able to make Phoenix the 100th coaster I had ridden. Hopefully, #150 will be one that's just as good.

ColumbusCoaster, good luck....not that I wish you any ill fortunes in your coaster-riding, but finding anything as good as Phoenix is a tough chore to say the least....
I am noticing that after you reach a certain point, the travel required to further increase the count increases geometrically rather than arithmetically....that seems to be ~250, so I've still got a little bit of "easy-riding" to do....
Wow! You guys are so lucky! You have a lot of time and money on your hands. For me being a poor college student...it has been great (and lucky for me!) to get four parks in one season. This year my coaster count started at 76, and should be up to about 84 or 85 by the summers end. That is about all I will see for this year.
I will visit probably four parks, five if I am very lucky...SFGAM (already visited), CP, IB, SFWOA, and maybe one other with a friend from Iowa. That is about all I will hit.
-----------------
Off to CP in August, Hopefully off to two other parks in July though!! YEA!!!! :-D It will be a good summer!

I'm curious to know how you "youngsters" (teens) get to ride so many new coasters each year-are your parents crazy? Before I could drive, I got to go to CP once a year and KI once a year-that was it.
This year I've managed to hit 11 parks (CP, PKI, SFWOA, SFKK, SFGAM, BGT, USF, IOA, KW, HW, and Wyandot) and add 34 new coasters to my list for a total of 76. I plan to hit SFStL, SFA, SFoG, and SFDL (thank god for season passes), which will put me in the neighborhood of 105 or so by the end of the season, and then a Winter Break trip to L.A. (SFMM, KBF, DCA, DL) will add another 20 or so. Add in a weekend trip to LL and that will be 20 parks in one calendar year...thank God my wife loves me :)

88 coasters in Track Record!! Hypersonic XLC Coaster # 100 in July.
Nitro Laps:105
B+R Launches:28
When I first bothered to count, I think I was in the low 50s.
By this spring I was up to 68.
By last month, I took my second true 'coaster trip' and climbed up to 101. I could have done more, but I cut the trip a day and a dozen-plus coasters short.
BTW, I should have Day #3 Park #6 out in a day or so. Link starts below it you wanna see Days 1-3.
I guess it's most important to add that quantity means NOTHING. Forty quality coasters (read: CCI lumber) are a better time than 120 same-ol-clones, a pile of Arrow Multiloopers, assorted headbashers and stuff you kidnapped children to ride. If you have a good time, it doesn't matter how many or how much. Ride whatcha like.

Formally known as Millenium Force29, Alpengiest is the best!
After this weekends trip to SFoT I am at 146 total count and 85 total for the year 33 of which are first time.
It took me all sumer to get to 99 last year so I have 15 to go to pass it and I havent even been to SFGra, SFSTL or Kentucky Kingdom so I should have no broblem- got the long distance parks out of the way first. And I was just outside the gates of Hershey Park when I found out Brent was in the Hospital, so I left.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I just hit 100 last weekend, but only 50 of those are quality.

So many coasters, so little vacation time....
