Obviously not. Unlike you and me these folks are professional ride engineers who have degrees in the appropriate areas and experience building rides. Do you thing they just drew that by hand and then paid for an ad campaign to sell them if it was either impossible or unsafe/too strong? If they are spending their money to try and sell their product to parks they have most likely thought it through very well.

There have been many coasters with vertical chain lifts: All the Togo Ultra Twisters (The one in America was changed during the move between Jersey and Texas), all the Toboggan Coasters which aren't that much shorter than this thing, and Euro-Mir, among others. After all, it may not even be a chain lift, perhaps they will use a cart/pulley system or elevator lift. Who knows?
