Seasoned Patron's Top Ten

Now this is a top ten where I dont want the list I am sick of at this site (1. MF 2. Magnum 3. Raptor 4. Mantis etc.) where the only parks involved are CP and maybe SFO. . I want to hear from people that have been to at least 5 different major parks, and 10 major rides. My list would be as follows.

1. Millennium Force
2. Ghostrider
3. Goliath
4. Steel Phantom
5. Superman Ultimate Escape
6. Medusa (SF Marine World)
7. Raptor
8. Batman: The Ride (any park)
9. Riddler's Revenge (backseat)
10. Magnum (ejector seat)

Now I know this isnt much variety, but its what im looking for. (plus it is changing weekly with additions.)

I've been to 9 parks, but my list still looks a little green:

7. Loch Ness Monster (really just an Arrow looper, but still stylish, and was my first inversion)
8. Exterminator (Kennywood)
9. Jackrabbit (Kennywood)
10. The Racer (backward side, PKI)

I guess my list is still CP-centric, but I went to parks like BGW, PCW, and SFO in the late 80s/early 90s before they hit their modern coaster booms (and PKI pre-SOB), and I've been to quite a few parks (both Disneys, PCarowinds, SFEG *post Mr. Twister*) without top-10 quality coasters. Next month I hit IOA and BGT, so I expect the list to be upgraded a bit.

Bottom 5:

1. Raging Wolf Bobs (SFO)
2. Mean Streak
3. Steel Phantom
4. Twister II (SFEG)
5. Disaster Transport

Well, I've been to about 14 different parks and ridden around 70 different coasters (some clones like space mountain) so I *think* I can ad my two cents. Here goes:

7. Top Gun: The Jet Coaster (carowinds)

4 and 5 are a veritable tie, Viper getting the nod because of a little more airtime. 1 and 2 are also paper-thin close, S:ROS getting the nod cause it's in my backyard and I can ride it any day (that is if it's working =]). I know that's biased, but so what, nyeh =P!

The one coaster that I'm sure would be on here if i ever rode it is Shivering Timbers. I just cant see going out to MA by myself though. Anybody in the DC/MD/VA area wanna road trip?

Kman..Steel Force over Magnum?I would have to disagree there.Magnum is just a little better.

I've only been on about 70 coasters, so my experience is pretty limited, and it sure sounds like I will include Boulder Dash and Superman (SFNE) when I get to ride them. For now...

Magnum has dropped low probably because after a few hundred laps last year I'm bored with it.

This is how I would rank them. Basically 2 through 6 are about equal IMO. If we were including defunct coasters the Mister Twister from the original Elitch Gardens would be #2. I have been to a variety of parks accross the U.S. However, I haven't been to Magic Mtn or SF over GA in quite a long time. I think Goliath and the GA Cyclone would probebly make the list if had been on them.
