Is this how poor people are supposed to visit?

It's like playing MYST, only with a lot more people walking around.

Just like it real life, it won't let me go out to the middle of World Showcase Lagoon. Disappointing.

Well, there goes my entire afternoon. ;)

Seriously though, as someone who has recently come to appreciate the Disney parks (kids will do that to you) this is really, really awesome. Both to relive memories and to plan future trips.

I know you joke, but the answer is yes. I've walked around a park using Google Street View and when I get to my ride, I switch to YouTube for a POV. It's pretty pathetic.

Real poor people only do it from a public library computer.

They should limit access of poor people. What if some rich guy is trying to plan his 7th two week trip this year or wants to relive the first six and a bunch of poor people are wasting bandwidth and slowing everything down. Limit access poor people to 3 am to 4 am eastern? Or maybe limit them to 10 minutes access a year?

They just need a virtual virtual queue for it.

Poor people can’t afford internet.

I'm surprised they did this while the parks were open. More so Disney being ok with it but also with how busy some of the parks were. Most of Main Street USA is all a face blur.

I'd love to see Street View do nighttime shots at places like parks too so you can experience how places look after dark.

Go to Epcot the day before a hurricane. It's that experience.

Have breakfast at the castle and you can walk down Main Street in the Magic Kingdom with very few people. I have pictures of the castle with my wife and kids and not another person to be seen. And pictures of the castle with no one in them. No hurricane though.

Yes; this was one experience worth getting up early for. We did this last time we were there and I was happy we did. We strolled off to Fantasyland afterwards and for awhile it felt like a late May weekday at Cedar Point.

Even though our picture included the dreaded crane.

Or schedule late dinner at Be Our Guest. Ok, the dinner was meh, but the walk to the front gate was awesome. The park was closed, Fantasyland was lit up and deserted, and Main Street was spectacular. We got gorgeous, humanoid-free pictures of the castle, the street, and a few of ourselves.

They must have been taking apart the castle for an impending hurricane. ;-)

The only time I've gotten to experience the Disney World parks an empty, was during the 2006 ACE Convention. It was the first, and likely last time ACE will ever have an event at a Disney Park.

^^^ RCMAC we had the same experience back in 2015 after the Christmas party. We were able to get a reservation at Be Our Guest because of attending. I agree the food was ok, but the atmosphere was really cool. We got seated in the room with the flower.

We love Disney, but are waiting until next spring to buy our annual passes. We'll are planning on spending 3 to 4 weeks there after we validate them.

If ya'll really want pictures with an empty park then I would suggest the Moonlight Magic (I think thats the name) hard ticket event. You'll be lucky to see other park guests while you are walking around.
