Did you have Potato Works fries? Second to only Kennywood's Potato Patch, IMO.

I love LaRosa's Pizza. Maybe this is so because I have become accustomed to its taste and the fact that I have been a Cincinnatian all 16 years of my life. I probably also love LaRosa's pizza because of the fact that I have been to a real LaRosa's, where the selection of food (and pizza) is much greater and they have good staff. (Note- I am a good associate!) Perhaps that is why that is my favorite food at PKI. I will add though, I do not care for PKI's burgers, they in my mind are horrible. I think that they often taste like pure grease.

Not that Potato Patch fries are anything to write home about. Decent, but not stunningly inpressive.

And raventroll (hee-hee): what do you mean about SF parks? I've not seen "Boardwalk Fries" at another park other than SFA. The "All American Dog" (or something like that) is strickly a SFStL joint. The only place (besides the chains; an abomination) that I've heard was duplicated is the MooseBurger Lodge. They have one @ SFGAm and I *heard* there's one @ SFMM too. But the SFGAm one had some of the best burgers. And I dont mean just of parks, of any fast food joint I've been to.

Oh, and I guess you've never been to a Disney park ;)....

So, what park has your favorite fries 2Hostyl? And what's this about Disney parks? I love their burgers! Possibly my favorite anywhere. I had about 10(during a 2 week stay, most being snacks) of them my last trip and I get to have some more in a couple weeks. :)

KK: I find all park fries to be uninspiring at the best. Until some place comes up with either crispy fries like the new BK fries or resorts to seasoned fries like Checker's used to have, I will likely continue to be nonplussed about them.

Oh and I think Disney food is the bomb! RavenTroll (hee-hee) said

I think the food at PKI is as good as any opther corporate themer I have visited, except, of course, the busch parks.

So I was simply stating that he must not have visited a Disney park because certainly they are a coporate themer with good food.

Of course, any food is better than the 2001 CoasterMania lunch buffet: Freakin Franks n Beans!

I agree that the big Florida parks(especially Disney) have the best park food anywhere. I especially have fun in Epcot and Disney Studios, because there are a lot of interesting food stops. And I still haven't found any park around here with good non-specialty fries. You can't find any parks that aren't cold, soggy, etc. Crispy frys are the only way to go.

Again, lucky me in two weeks!!! :)

I always get my fries from Potato Works,to me they're the best fries that only the Potato Patch(KP) can beat.
As for the burgers at Festhaus,I'd eat one of them over a burger at the Burger Patio(CP) on anygiven day........
