Something appears to be happening at the former Freestyle Music Park. People who work nearby report seeing signs of life on the long-dormant property. The park opened as Hard Rock Park in 2008 and went bankrupt after one season. New owners took over, renamed it Freestyle Music Park and again failed after one season. It's been closed since the fall of 2009.

Of course the rumors are all flying around now. One of the better ones is the speculation that Time Machine will possibly be sold to Kentucky Kingdom. Only time will tell. But, that would be a quick easy way to get a large quality steel coaster in the kind of time frame they need.

"Dirk Vader?" :)
I, for one, would like to see the Zep coaster live again. I probably wouldn't enjoy it as much as I did without the music and theming, but I thought it was a very good ride.
The amusement park rises bold and stark..kids are huddled on the beach in a mist

Hope you mean Linear length because Chang was bigger than Time Machine by several hundred feet.
Besides, Im hearing next years coaster is going in the area where the Mouse was. So Im thinking 7 million probably a used spinney mouse.
7 Million is the moving cost that KI gave on X-Flight to KI and they already owned the ride.
Google maps has a distance measurement tool.
The former site of Chang is ~830 feet in length. The length of the old Led Zep coaster is ~967 feet.
However, the total distance from the amphitheatre behind T2 to the road that splits the park in two is around 1400 feet and the extra distance is just a storage lot and a small corner of what looks to be an overflow parking lot.
Here is 975 feet measured out on the former Chang site:
Any operating public pool is simply stewing lukewarm asshole soup.
Drink up, kids!

Greezed Lighting Station is going to be used for this new coaster. So I doubt it is a wild mouse

I wasn't including that lot because I wasn't sure if KK owned it or not. If they do, it fits pretty well.
I'm not sure they do. Now that I look again, they very well might not.
It looks to me like they might, it kind of connects to the picnic pavilion area. Wasn't that space, back in the day, a trailer park or residential area of some kind? I seem to remember them picking up that land and raising the houses for future expansion. I don't even know now under who's ownership that deal took place.
