Any coaster still get you scared?

Basiclly, there is no coaster I will not ride now, I will definatly ride any coaster that comes along, however a few storys come to mind

I went on MF 2 weeks ago, and I have to admit, I did feel a little bit scared when approaching the queue line, No Dought I was definatly gonna ride this monster, but I still had a few butterflys in my stomach before riding. Anyway that first moment when approaching the station really scared me, I had a small bit of dought, but something inside me told me to keep n going, but the first time I went up that lift, I couldnt stop saying, OH MY GOD,OH MY GOD.
But that drop was amazing, it was the best thing I had ever experienced, of course after that drop, I was loving every minute of it. Got 4 Rides overall on this ride, Only on the first ride did I get a little scared, but now I definatly feel I could ride anything after that.

Also, my first ride on Oblivion really kinda scared me, It was the thought of going on a vertical drop coaster for the first time, that drop looks very terrifing for your first ride too.
There is no coaster that I won't ride! My husband thinks I'm a freak, but that's a status I enjoy related to coasters. I used to be terrified when I was first getting tall enough, back when the Gemini was considered a monster coaster. But hey, how times have changed! :)

I still get quite nervous, as I am a relatively new enthusiast. My first invert, Batman made me nervous. Same goes for Viper on the first ride. Of course, I loved both and they are among my favorites! But the first time is always the most interesting.

I would definitely have to say Colossus at SFMM. I love the coaster (even with all of the braking, it's still a great distraction), but just looking at the structure of the ride makes me nervous. Especially from the parking lot, where the wooden supports on the first turnaround are starting to sag. The chipping paint, the location (away from everything else) all make for a thrilling experience. But the structure really does it for me, though. It looks like it's built out of matchsticks and could fall apart at any time.

Life's too short to mind,
Just keep on with the sweet up and down
Even though I never got to ride one, i think a Thrust Air 2000 would scare me. I dont like Launch coasters that much. Except SUE. But I was scared on my first ride on X-Flight. And MF. But I rode them so thier no problem!

Exactly, hit the nail on the head there:)
I'm not scared to ride any coasters, but Big Shot up on Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas made me more than a little nervous the first time I rode it.
There is only one ride that still gives me butterflies: Face/Off. And I have 2 very good reasons:
1) I am not a fan of being dragged up a hill backwards (facing down) and being held only by a piece of plastic with about 2 metal bars in it (i know they have more to them, but this is about it.

2) I have now blacked out twice on that coaster, but i will always ride it!

The new Tilt Coasters look really really scary.
I'm a little intimidated of the idea of riding X, as well as the new S&S ejector prototype. SFMM seems to be the place for *scary* rides in 2001-2002.

Remember, your relatives had no choice in the matter either!
I am kind of scared about riding X at SFMM. It's a 4D attraction and that's the problem. Like my father, I have an inner ear imbalance which causes me to get dizzy pretty easily. I don't get dizzy riding rollercoasters and I have never blacked out before, but it could be a different story with X. It spins on 2 axises and I am afraid of getting extremely dizzy. That may be the only coaster that I may not go on.

MF also scared me but I'm fine with it now.

Medusa West When i see the bottom floor of the staicon at night it freaks me out
I think the only coaster I can be afraid of is MF because I've already been on Hypersonic XLC!

BGW and PKD rock!
Millenium Force at CP and Steel Dragon in Japan. MF's first drop is better, but Steel Dragon is a better ride over-all. They're not exactly scary anymore, but they do deliver some serious adrenaline.

Still, after 2 rides, I'm still terrified of Millennium Force

Mindbender...Can you hear the Riddler chuckling?
I've probably rode Millennium Force over 200 times now and the first hill still gives me the butterflies. Every time I go up it I'm plagued with what-ifs. I like being scared on coasters, it makes the entire experience more enjoyable.
The first ride on any big coaster is when I would be most afraid - the fear of the unknown. I'll ride any coaster they can build. The only amusement rides that really scare me are free fall or drop towers, but that doesn't stop me from riding.

First we Rock - Then we Roll!
MF got me a lil scared when i first rode it since the lift was so steep but when i saw that 300ft drop my eyes opened with excitment as we plumeted off the top. (nuthing like that drop)but a coaster that always gets me scared is Viper at SFGadv becuase im afraid im ganna bash my head to hard.
MF made me nervous both times I rode it a few weeks ago.

I know it's not a coaster but it's more than your average drop ride but...Acrophobia was the first attraction in a long time that I had to actually close my eyes for fear of...you know...whatever happens when you keep your eyes open. Nothing prepares you for that fall and you feel WAY out of control. Sorry it's not a coaster but they just don't scare me anymore. I've found new reasons to obsess over them. (Geez I made a rollercoaster out of sand at the beach today...I can't get them out of my head...course it could only be a woodie but it did have a launch!)
