Except for one time on opening day when it was chilly, Apollo has always been really good to outstanding for me. The weird thing is that the trims don't seem to just kick on when the weather is warm and the train running extra fast, they kick on when the train is already running too slow and they don't kick on when the train is flying. That's what I meant by my comment above. I'd really like to understand the B&M logic, but there seems to be much random chaos amongst their over-engineered anal retentive control freak approach to trying to make the rides consistently the same speed.

^^There is no good day for Bull as far as trims go. :-P (At least in the 3 or 4 visits I've made since it's been built).
I'd certainly echo this sentiment. I went on Easter Sunday last year, and it was no warmer than 50 degrees outside. I noticed they sent a few empty trains around the course around noon and the trim was still grabbing the trains hard. Completely ludicrous.
Having said that, Raging Bull has grown on me since my first ride on that Easter Sunday. I still think it's one of the two weakest B&M hypers (along with Apollo's Chariot), but it's a much better ride now than it was on my first rip. I've always wondered how good the ride and airtime would be if that trim were turned off.
