Can't tell from the wording. If that's the one ride, then the rest of the park will go to the new operators, assuming they find someone, and I have no doubt they probably will.

If SF wants another ride, wonder what? I'm guessing the mouse.

According to this article, the ride SF is keeping is Road Runner Express.

I figured it would be the mouse. Looks like a portable version, so it could easily debut next year during the company's 50th.

I hope they work out a deal with Mr. Hart. I think if he invested some cash into refurbing the park, painting, making it look better, and getting all the rides up and running, it could go back to being a decent little park.

I enjoyed my 1 visit, but it needed a lot of work.

If Six Flags ran it correctly, they could push over 700 guests an hour on it, which is similar to a 2 trains GCI coaster. I rode the Rattlesnake at Chessington, which is the same model as Road Runner Express and I was impressed! Little braking, so those turns were intense and those guys were getting the cars out of the station with impressive speed.

My guess is its going to Great Escape. They need a Wild Mouse to fill the empty Nightmare building.

I think both sides got what they wanted. SFI is out of being responsible, and the locals can get on track to open their theme park up. Once the park is open, it's a win-win.

Good to see this hurdle overcome. Glad to see bought parks case out on top. I have to agree given teh mouses capacity TGE is likely the best choice. Get something in nightmares building. Already has the right theme, and the lower capacity won't mater.

I thought the concrete pad was still sitting there at SFNE for their canceled Dark Knight... unless they got rid of it already. That would have been for a Mack Mouse. SFNE already has a Kentucky Kingdom ride already, the Boomerang.

Road Runner replaced the Vampire (boomerang) at Kentucky Kingdom when Six Flags took it out in 1999.

I'm curious what this means for Chang. Does SF have to return it, or are they off the hook with it already being dismantled?

Chang will not be returned to SFKK.

IIRC, the trains went to St. Louis.
