The way we do it is if nobody is waiting for your row, you may ride again. BUT... if somebody IS waiting in line for your row, you have to exit and come back through the entrance. If we let people switch rows, it gets to be too much, and it takes a while because they walk and ask people to move over a seat, and then somebody who claims they were in line gets angry, and they complain... It kind of "snow balls." One more reason... A VERY common one. We open the gates, and then many people go and put their stuff (prizes, hats, glasses, cameras...) in the box, then they come back, and somebody switched rows and is in their seat when they come back. THEN, we have to explain to them the situation and manually unlock the row, then get them back in, then chech the restraints... We don't do that because we want to, or to make guests angry, there is a reason for it.
