I think you get the prize for most Firesign Theater quotes on this board. ;)

Also, where else could you see a cemetery right outside the front gate of an amusment park???
Little Amerricka - not really outside the front gate, more like right next to the kiddie coaster. :)
Bad news, Dsloban. You can't get to HW from Cleveland. It's one of the only two places in the world that don't connect.
You can take my word for it, or you can go look it up on google maps, yahoo maps, or mapquest if you don't believe me.

I have to make 2 comments, first is that Pilgrims Plunge looks awesome, and the second is I have been avoiding a trip to Holiday World because the last time I rode a Gravity Group Coaster I had a bad experience (Hades oh god did that suck) so I try to stick to my favorite woodie, Renegade!

When you speak of your experience on Hades what, exactly, are you complaining about: intensity, or roughness? Many people confuse the two, especially when discussing wood coasters.
Both Hades and Voyage are intense due to the extreme positive and negative G-forces, quick changes of direction, etc. Intensity is due to the ride's design and is intended. Roughness comes from a park's inability to keep up with daily wear and tear on the wooden track's gauge and keeping the trains fine-tuned.
I rode Hades its opening year and did not find it rough but many who rode it in the years since have said it was rough, especially near the end of the ride. In fact all four of Mt Olympus's wooden coasters have suffered from the same problem over the years.
Voyage, on the other hand, has only had one troublesome spot that one could consider rough: the turn following the third 90* banked turn. Rest assured the park goes to great lengths to keep Voyage, Raven, and Legend in top shape.
The one rough spot on Hades, which I find in the same spot of trackage every year, comes right after the hop after exiting the tunnel the second time, the one running alongside the lift. The train drops off that bump, turns right sharply, and starts jackhammering for about 3-5 seconds. Shame, too, because the other GG rides all seem to be well-maintained (not that they've had too long to age). The Voyage is at least as intense as Hades, but the former was built with the idea that abundant maintenance would be considered "routine", and the latter, well, wasn't.
My only problem with Hades isn't the layout but the trains possibly, when I rode it both times the problem was that the divider slammed into my side and I then walked with a limp for a while.
