They do have a "Comment Line" voice mail.
I called and complained about the fact that my Season parking Pass was not good at the other Six Flags parks, and that they didn't tell me that when I bought it.
Believe it or not, they DID call me back on the issue. I called last Friday, and they called me back yesterday.
I was really ticked off about it at the time, especially seeing as they let me use it the first day of my 2 day visit (this was a SFGAm Parking pass being used at SFStL). Now I've pretty much gotten over it (but thinking about it again is starting to get me riled up ;)).
I wouldn't have cared so much if I had known ahead of time. When I bought the pass, it was with the intention of using it at other parks, because I travel a lot for work.
That's something else we should petition about ! They really should have parking passes that are universal to all parks. Especially if the admission passes are.
Btw, I do not have the number for the Comment Line, as I was connected to it from the main office for the park. However, I do have a number that they gave me yesterday - 847-249-2133 Ext. 4625. Supposedly, this is a direct line to an actual person (this is for SFGAm only).
Good luck ! I fit in the V2 restraints at this time, but I imagine I'm not to far from not fitting. Hopefully they fix it before it becomes a problem for me too.
