Petition to SFGAm about V2 restraints.

Yes V2 has 2 buckles but the second buckle is not that more further forward than the first one. I think that there may be one notch in between. There are about 4 notches further forward that they could move the second buckle too. Moving one notch forward would make enough of a difference that a 300lb person might be able to get on. Maybe they should put the "big boy seats" in the middle of the train so as to reduce the stress on the track. Next time I go I will try to get pics of it.

What is life without it's ups and downs
I've been lucky and not had a problem with either S:UE or V2. We just rode S:UE again on Saturday and did notice two people not being able to ride. One of my biggest complaints with V2 is the distance from the floor to the seat. Both times I rode V2, I didn't clear the "knob" of plastic seperating the legs. That was interesting! :-) However, on S:UE, you stepped onto a platform about 4 inches above the gates. This is not present on V2.

I just saw what your talking about. I saw two people on V2 get taken off because the belt wouldn't fit. That really makes me upset. I have a close family member that has been waiting along with me to ride V2, and when this family member goes and see that they cannot fit in the seat will make me really angry. My familt member fits on all other rides at the park, but as I assume, so does Chitown. Well, I really hope they fix this because I will give a nice complainment to SF if it isn't.

There is no such thing as a stupid question, just stupid people.
