Best - Mr. Freeze (does a Tophat count ?) - I love going through that backwards !
If a Tophat doesn't count, then hmmm...Batman ? Chang @ SFKK maybe ? Shockwave is loop heaven of course too.

Worst - ??? The Corkscrews on any old Arrow coaster can be pretty rough. Iron Wolf's (SFGAm) corkscrew was bad too, but they replace the head padding this year and it is much better. I don't consider any loops too bad I guess. I expect a little head banging, most of the loopers are old technology.
