 
    
	
		Actually, the Phantom ran today a few times, see my forum post for more about that.  (Strange fact: no pull through... talk about confidence!) 
 
The lap bars seem more like a "secondary restraint"... when the president of Kennywood rode today, it was the seat belt that was primarily holding him in; with the lap bar fully lowered it still gave him a good few inches for some good airtime! 
 
This ride is FAST, even on the very first run... no chance for a rollback, in fact the train came in to the station so fast that the check brakes had to be set to their highest pressure possible just to do their job. 
 
Quite a thrill just to watch!
