Jeff I was wondering what the make and model is of the Mixer Board you use for the podcast?

The short version is it's an audio program that you can get your computer to automagically download anytime new content appears.

Jeff, Gonch, Mike and sometimes others discuss the week's (or longer) news and you can listen to their discussions.

Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."

Jeff may still be out of town, in which case he may not be checking in on a regular basis. IIRC, he was down in Florida getting rained on by Fay.

It's a Mackie 1202-VLZ. I'm pretty sure there's an updated version with a newer model number now, as I bought it three years ago.

I basically use three of the inputs... my mic, my laptop for Skype, and the phone patch. The aux 1 bus returns the mic and phone to the laptop for Skype, while aux 2 send back the mic and the laptop to the phone. The main output goes to my desktop.

When we're live and in person, we just feed all of our mics in and record on the laptop.
