1.) It says registration is at 11:45am, but you can show up at 6 and register then, right?
2.) Do they run 2 trains on Phoenix/Twister, and how are the lines during the event (6-10pm)?
3.) Is this a good event for me to be bringing a Knoebel's virgin to?

The park is open to the public from 12-5, plus there is a craft show in the morning/early afternoon. So if you're there earlier, you need to either buy tickets or an add-on handstamp to go on any rides. There's a combo stamp good from 12-10, plus a different stamp good only from 12-5. The PPP handstamp is only good from ~5:00 on.
Your PPP registration includes coupons for Cesari's pizza and a ride on the Skyway which can be used anytime all day long.
IIRC, there were around 1500-1600 people at PPP in '04 but only around 800-900 last year. Of course last year it rained.
I usually get there around the time registration starts, because it's really an all-day thing, not just Phunfest. It's one of those parks you just have to take your time and take everything in.....the crafts, the food, the atmosphere, etc.
This will be my third Phunfest which is clearly already become a "yearly must-do" thing for me. I can't wait to hang out with my peeps again either, who I haven't seen all summer.
The Skyway is a MUST at nightime! I love that thing! Actually everything is a must-do at nightime! ERT gets pretty wild!

(BTW That's One Smiley for each Coaster I've Ridden because of a Free Ticket issued for an Overbooked Flight! If all goes well you'll see Nine More "Smilies" Added to them when I get Back from Pennsylvania!)

They were only running one train on the coasters last year if I recall. Phoenix had a bit of a wait, but Twister wasn't too bad. The longest line by far was for the haunted antique car ride.
They were only running one train because of the rain. Skids brakes and pouring rain don't mix well, just ask King's Island. *** Edited 9/17/2006 2:51:34 AM UTC by MagnumsRevenge***
