Please tell me you're kidding, HW

Hooray for Holiday World and their great new coaster for 2006. The stats are great, the layout looks great and the video of the coaster is fantastic. I'm very happy for them and for all you enthusiats who will ride it.

I just can't get over the name. The Voyage?! Please give me a break on this one. Understood the theme is Thanksgiving but really now. I'm sure a fair amount of brainstorming took place and there had to be a better name being thrown around than this.

Raven is great. Legend is great. The Voyage?! Come on now. Get real. Just doesn't sound right.

Atleast with a name like this, the coaster better be good.

And yes, this is my first post here, and yes there may be some grammatical errors in this post. Flame me and I'll destroy you.

If you want to spend the extra money here so everyone can see the coasters you've ridden, then that's your business. I'd rather bang chicks, personally.

They are kidding. Except not about the name. They're keeping the name and actually installing one of these. Although they may slightly alter the name to 'The Really Short Voyage'. It's all part of a new April Fools holiday section. Quite brilliant if you ask me.

I'm really not looking to get into little spats with you enthusiasts. In fact, I commended HW on their new coaster. I just didn't really care for the name. That's all.

I thought this was a forum where I could post my opinion without being flamed but I have been mistaken.

Usually when you post your opinion and follow it with "Flame me and I'll destroy you," you're going to get knocked down.

That and the tone of the first post post (and the following ones where you say "you enthusiasts" more than once) is one of "I'm better than you are" and you remind us in your later posts that you have a life.

Normally when somebody volunteers "I have a life more than you do" what they're really saying is "I have no life, but I tell people I do to make myself feel better."

Somebody invoke the Theory of Nobody and let's move on.
