I believe the Quicksilver Express at Bonfante Gardens is Morgan's first mine train, which tend to be terrain coasters. (Or Morgan's second small coaster if you put it along the likes of Santa Monica's West Coaster)
Phantom's Revenge should be cutting through the trees eventually, as I recall that hillside heavily forested in the SP days. PR takes advantage of the terrain for the most part of it's course, and it's about as much of a terrain coaster as a Hyper can be. Still, SFMM's Ninja, Gold Rusher, and Revolution barely leave the ground. It seems larger coasters are difficult to be built entirely following the topography of the site.
