Intamin "Inverted Shuttle Loop" for sale?

How about Volcano:TBC at Kings Dominion? I know it was built in 1998, but this is the only coaster that I can think of that matches most of what everyone is saying here about this ride. Though it seems unlikely that V:TBC is going anywhere, and I dont think it meets the requirements to be called a "shuttle"..
