The first coaster will 4-across seating was SFGAm's Z-Force in 1985. It was the first and only Intamin Space Diver and is now Flashback at SFMM after an interim stop at SFoG.

I think I heard somewhere that either PC or PKD had the first Schwartzkopf shuttle loopers. Is this true?

PKD had the first Swartzkopf shuttle loop....its now at a park in Sao Paulo, Brazil....

speakin of PKD, they have a few firsts....first full circuit launched invert, Volcano, 1998; actually Volcano is also the first inverted coaster to break 70 mph i believe....first airlaunch coater, Hypersonic....first and only Mack bobsled in the US, Avalanche, 1988.....

and, at another VA park, Loch Ness Monster at BGW, first coaster with interlocking vertical loops...

thats all i can think of at the moment.....

still trying to think of a good signature...
