Most Intense Loop

Random Question: What is the most intense loop? (opinions...). I haven't been to many parks but the one coaster that i found to have an intense loop was revolution SFMM. Anyone else?

Pretzel Loop on S:UF @ SFoG....it's pretty intense. When the Florida Coaster Club first invaded this ride quite a few of us were taken by surprise, including myself.

I agree with Schwarzkoph- first time I rode the Greased Lightning at Astroworld the loop surprised me. It doesn't look intimidating (todays standards) but packs a punch.

Also...the old Arrow shuttles. At Riverside (now SFNE) they had a ride called the Black Widow. SFNE ripped it out when they took the park over. It was a big deal back in the day as it was New Englands only looping coaster. I always remember the "blood rushing to the head" feeling on that thing.

I agree with the pretzel loop dive on S;UF being the most intense. I'm talking about the one at SFGAM.

I agree on Schwarzkoph. At Dorney, Laser's two loops took my greatly by surprise! It turned out to be a good ride.

The Flying-Snake Dive on Storm Runner! That thing is insane! Definately my favorite inversion. It feels like you're a crashing plane, it's just very different and I like it.

I have to give it up to S:UF at SFOG. My first ever ride was in the back seat and I grayed out for a full second in the pretzel loop.

I have no experience with the Pretzel-Loop, so for me it would be Thriller/Zongas first circular loop (before it was neutered).
It was somewhere close to 6gs.

I'd have to say the second loop on Laser has been the most intense loop I've been on so far. I didn't really find the pretzel loop on S:UF to be as intense as many are making it out to be.

well, i have only ridden one Schwarzkoph and that was when i was very young so i don't remember very clearly. however, the pretzel loop on PKD's oldarrow standby, Anaconda, always makes me come close to blacking out. if you think about it, those two loops in a row are a pretty long period of sustained g-forces. they're up high but they've got a tight radius. it's really the only thrilling part of that whole ride.

3. I was surprised the force on Montu's loop. Probably that or Kraken's/Medusa's loop.

I've recently been quite surprised by how intense the loop on California Screamin' at Disney's California Adventure was.

Otherwise, the Anton creations take it -- Mindbender, Laser, shuttle loops and the ilk.

Usually the double loops like on SFOT's Shockwave get me. I greyed out on that back in the 80's. Not sure how those loops have held out 20 years later but they were intense back then. SFOG's Mindbender has my fav intense loops of all time.

I've been on SUF and while it is intense, I don't think it's as bad as X-Flight's loop. Both are pretty much equal on my scale, but with X-Flight's loops, it's near impossible for most to even breath when that thing is pulling out of it.

I'm glad someone mentioned X-Flight's loop. That loop at the ends of the train (or Stealth/Borg so it must be all Dutchmen) beats out anything - especially the sleeper of a forceless loop on SoB

I would say the pretzel inversion on the now defunct Moonsault Scramble has to be the most intense. I think it pulled like 6.2 Gs or something like that.
