Not coaster related? I always put my bourbon on a coaster! And I'll take bourbon over pancakes any morning!

LOL! I agree!

Pancake Day means IHOP gave out FREE PANCAKES (yes, I said the four letter magical work) from 7 AM to 2 PM! Sadly, I was locked in a place called jai- school.

I wanted pancakes! I wanted to smoother them in massive amounts of oh so delicious syrup! *drools* I'm on a diet called "OoOoOo....FAT! GIMME!" Sadly, that doesn't help out the weight issue part of diet. My must life make you decide between good health and pancakes? I don't see a glimmer of hope for good heath.

Um, the whole Girls Gone Wild, show me your ****, just applies to the thousands of drunk TOURISTS, that litter the city every year...................but other than that, the local (also religious) version of Mardi Gras i would much rather than anything, it even rivals Christmas

Must suck if you're a republican pancake aficionado, seeing as how you'd have to go to Liberal Kansas.

Pancakes against Bush, 2004!!

(hey, nothing in this thread was coaster related anyways)

Na, I prefer the show "Girls Behaving Badly" which has absolutely nothing to do with this thread...........lol.

Jim, so you use syrup and butter on your buns? :-D

One time when I was in Hawaii we went out to breakfast at an IHOP and their special was Coconut syrup. Pretty tasty. :-)

The Seattle Mardi Gras is a joke, why did they even start to have one??? Was it copycat thing from New Orleans, or do they have a large enough Roman Catholic pop.????

Truthfully, I don't know. I loathe all party type stuff like MG. Lame, and as in 2001, potentially deadly.

Sux if you ask me.

So just out of curiosity...why was my Comedy Central topic closed and yet this remains open? Both are off-topic.

Hmm, am I the only one who finds the pancake obsession hella corny?
