Can't make it the second half of May (crunch time with finals here at school), can't make it around the 4th of July, and can't make it around Labor Day. All else sounds good to me. CBCon at Fright Fest anyone??? =)

Can't see it happening at Fright Fest because the picnic grove is utilized during that time.

My favorite MJ tune: "Billie Jean" which I have been listening to alot now. RIP MJ.

From the second weekend of May on sounds good to me. If there's any trouble getting enough people for an event, I can get a bunch no problem. I probably would have about 4 people right now without even asking.

Thanks for all the hard work, Jeff, I think I speak for everybody when I say we really appreciate the events. I know I had a blast last year, and so did everybody in my group. Thanks again.

Mid-late august would be best for me, though spring would be doable, just not optimal.

I'll probably go whenever the event is, but I'd prefer early September, myself.

Jeff, I just remembered that the last operating weekend in September of the 2003 season had an event for the Coca-Cola company.

Basically it seemed that all of Coke was there because the park was packed. You might want to talk to Susie Story or whoever is doing the PR work at the park now to see when Coke or any other company is utilizing the picnic grove so you can schedule the CB event on other dates.

I would love to see a Fall event compared to summer/spring.

No way you can please everyone when it comes to the "best time"

May would be much easier for me as September is the beginning of classes on campus and I'm literally forbidden from taking time off during the month of September.

Basically, I won't know if I can attend until a date is set.

I really could care less when the event is. Whenever it is scheduled, I will be there. Last year's event was so well run that I wouldn't miss another one for anything. Jeff and Stephanie did a bang up job on the organization and the park really made us feel welcome and were constantly making sure we were having an enjoyable time.

Certain victory.

How about scheduling it a couple of days after the beastbuzzcon?

I didn't get to attend last years, so it's great that your considering doing it again Jeff. Perhaps this time Ill be able to go. I vote for doing it in September, since theres more of a chance of the new rides and Deja Vu being open later in the season.

Just an aside... I need 75 people to do the event. I think last year we had about that much, so if we do it, I'd like to exceed that because I don't want to get stuck with the rest!

Saturday, May 22, looks pretty good. Maybe not for everyone, but it looks more do-able than any other day for me. I have volleyball tournaments the two weeks before and I'm not going to miss out on my own event this year! The weekend after is Labor Day, and I just assume not get near an amusement park that weekend.

Works for me! Not trying to get ahead of things here, but I'll ask anyhow: any ideas as far as ERT goes?

Jeff thats awesome. that happens to be the only weekend that would work for me, becuase of finals. i think it would be cool if we could get 2 half hour ERT's instead of just 1 one hour ERT, maby one on S:UF and one on Raging Bull or Deja Vu. if you need to start taking count me and my sister would be there so 2 down 73 to go.
