Alpengeist is personally my favorite because of the smooth but extreme kind of ride. Hangman is my worst because it is so bumpy and irritating.

Im gonna vote for Batman at SFMM. Second for me would be Volcano at PKD. Third goes to Top Gun at PCW. Fourth is Raptor, and fifth is Face/Off. Those are the only ones I've been on and although short, Batman provides an intense, thrilling ride. Volcano is nice because it's unique and has easily the best beginning. Face/Off is just plain too long of a wait for a tame at best ride.

I've only ridden 2, and Montu is my favorite one. I like the Egyptian theming to it and the the awesome elements. Face/Off is a fun ride, but I think the wait is kinda long for a short ride.

My favorite inverted coasters in order are:

Montu, Raptor, Dueling Dragons, Mind Eraser.
For Dueling Dragons I actually like Fire a little more than Ice.

Favorite would have to be Raptor. Great ride!
Least favorite would have to be Kong at SFMW. It's kinda rough and it has the "headache harness"...

Montu is great. The batwing is outstanding. But, it's a toss up between Raptor's g-forces and Alpengeist's theming and size for my top slot. Rolling through those trees are amazing. My worst, sorry people, but Face Off just doesn't get it for me. I know, I must be on cough medecine, but it doesn't. Serial Thriller is in the middle, but is still pretty good.

I haven't seen anyone mention Great Bear at Hersheypark yet - I like that one and Alpengeist. I can't decide which I like better. I didn't care for Volcano much.

Alpengehist is definately the best of the inverts that I have ridden, followed by Raptor, Volcano and the Mind Eraser at SFA, which is actually rather smooth and now operating with ten car trains.

My favorite inverted coaster is with out a doubt
Alpengiest. It is by far the smoothest fastest
inverted Ive been on. Its pacingg is awsome and
the theming is great.I also love Volcano for its
sheer speed and intensity/

Xrae, the Great Bear is a great inverted coaster, it shows that B&M doesn't have to have the fastest, tallest coaster for it to be considered great. The Great Bear also only has 4 inversions (i think) compared to Alpengeist which has 8 inversions, but the Great Bear is just as cool as Alpengeist.

I believe Alpengeist has 7 inversions, not 8

-Immelman
-Vertical Loop
-Cobra Roll (2)
-Zero-G
-Flat Spin (2?)

I have never been to BGW, but Alpie looks cool.

My favorite inverted coaster (out of 3) is definatley Raptor. I think it has the best drop (on the midway) and has great pacing, not to mention a G-Force-spectacular ending. Nothing can beat that green machine. :)

Alpengeist is the god of Inverts although i've only been on 3. The Great Bear is good I love the helix before the drop. The other invert I rode was Volcano. great launch alough after you get shot out its kinda dull only in-line twists.

coasterpunk,
dont praise alpengeist with godliness until you ride atleast 1 invert that is also sometimes considered as the best invert. Montu? Raptor????
I havent ridden alpengeist or montu, and i dont say Raptor(my fave) is the god of inverts becasue i dont have enought room to talk

If you consider S:UE to be an inverted (I do), then S:UE is miles ahead of the competition right now. Raptor was my favorite until this year, but now it's a distant second.

According to popular opinion, however, S:UE is not a roller coaster. I think it is, but I seem to be in the minority on that one.
