Favorite/Worst Inverted Coaster
Don't even start with that stuff! Where have you heard that S:UE isn't a coaster? Don't confuse it with S:TE at SFMM.

Most people seem to think that ANY LIM/SLM ride is *technically* not a roller coaster besause there is no chain lift, it is is on a "shuttle" configuration, or you name the reason. I REALLY do not mean to start this discussion up again, but I was shot down the last time I mentioned a LIM/SLM ride as a coaster.
ShiveringTim, look back at the discussion about "Golaith vs. Desperado" (now closed) Most contributions seem to believe shuttle LIM/SLM rides do not count as actual roller coasters. (that way CP can hold that record) I feel that they ARE AND SHOULD COUNT, in that respect, I agree with you, so don't bite my head off!!

Well I won't go there. I will say that S:UE is my favorite Inverted coaster. Someone else's opinion on that is fine. But it doesn't change anything.
Well I refuse to categorize SLCs in a different category so here's my list:
1. Raptor (CP)
2. Batman (SFMM)
3. Top Gun (PCW)
Short, ain't it?

You're absolutely right; Raptor's also excellent. Been on it several dozen times.
When I rode Face Off, I just got the feeling
that they only had enough money to build a little piece of a roller coaster. A real little piece at that.

Well I have only been on four and I will rank them in the following order:
1: Top Gun (Carowinds)
2: Batman: The Ride (SFGAm)
3: Mind Eraser (SFA)
4: Raptor
Not the most popular list, but that's my *humble* opinion. I'll holla.

Batman all though a great ride I am just tired of seeing it every where I mean come on How many Six Flags have a B&M invert that is not a Batman Clone. With the exception of SFSTL wich has a mirrored clone of it. Couldn't you spend a little bit more money.

I am going have to give a slight edge to Alpengeist over the Raptor but then the Raptor gets a slight edge to Dueling Dragons.

Worst-Pretty much any Vekoma SLC, they are all the same. Top Gun at Wondrland and Mind Eraser at SFDL two great examples of an overused design.

just becasue i coaster has identical brothers and sisters doesnt mean its a bad coaster.! how does the number of design effect the quality of it?

SFNE's Mind Eraser gave me a terrible terrible headache and both this and Serial Thriller gave me a bad impression of SLC's. Give me a good B&M anytime.

I would say the best is Raptor. The worst is definitely T2 at SFKentucky Kingdom. I don't think its name that anymore, though, due to the unpopular takeover by Six Flags. I think it's a Batman now.
