I agree that a full train looks a lot more professional than a half empty train. I really don't know WHY Lagoon feels this way but it may have to do with the safety issue with re-rides. These are two reasons Lagoon does not allow Re-rides, 1) Lagoon feels they will appear unprofessional if they allow re-rides, hell knows why, and 2) Lagoon does not allow them due to the fact re-riding a ride over and over again may be hazardous to your health. Injuries may occur to a guest, and the guest may not know it for a while. Even so, if people want to keep riding, they still will even though they cannot re-ride. I really don't know WHY they feel they would appear unprofessional if they allowed re-rides, but it is their choice, not mine. I can see how Lagoon doesn't want to chance appearing unprofessional, they want to protect their image.
