Of course it takes effort, any crackpot writer, especially one with the smallest incling of talent, can easily possess correct grammer, or close to it, in all writing.

As far as "taking it easy" on you because you're a sophomore in high school, may I remind you that at this time next year you'll be asked to take the ACT and SAT college entrance exams. It's certainly not too much to ask a man of your age to know the difference between plural and possessive.
