Additional coaster types and stats

Last time I added a coaster, there were a few things I noticed that could be updated or added:

- Additional coaster types, like air launched, tilt, spinning mouse, inverted mouse, and 4th dimension.

- A field for number of inversions.

- A field for rolling stock manufacturer. Pretty useless for steel, but it might be nice for the woodies.

Just a thought.

Number of inversions would be sort of a pain, because there are 800 entries or so we'd need to go back over. What a pain that would be! (Unless of course, you want to volunteer to fill in all of those blanks!)

Sure! I don't know if I could get all 800, but I could probably get most of them.

Actually, the more I think about it, the majority of the coasters would have zero inversions ayway. If you think about it, all of the woodies except one would have zero, and there are a bunch of steel without any inversions.
