The locals in Minnesota are going to love this impulse. Thats all that matters to the bottom line of Valley Fair.
Yes, it basically is a carbon copy of S:UE and V2 at SFGAm but who cares? I know the locals in Chicago love their impulse.

B&M FAN SAID:
I'm sure you all noticed that at the Valley Fair site, the picture of the new Steel Venom is a pic. of Wicked Twister, with the back spike computer inhanced to a staight spike. It's kinda funny if you ask me. yes B&M fan, I agree, it looks as if you are goin to hit the beam when you go backwards!!
It has absolutely nothing to do with CP and everything to do with VF's own management.
The two rides cost almost the same ($9 million vs. $8.5 million -- and at least some of that has to do with CP's demolition needs vs. VF's parking lot construction) and there aren't any height issues that would prevent VF from building a slightly taller model either.
Further proof: Were you aware that before MF was built, VF's WT was the tallest coaster in the CF chain (207 feet)? Or how about the slightly taller combo tower at VF, too? If CP had to be the top dog, would either of those things happened?
