Why so many with no pics?

Just curious... Why so many regular posters refrain from adding a pic to their profile.

Now don't get me wrong, I don't think this is a dating service or such, but it is a lot easier for me to recall people when I have a face to go with a name.

Typically I tend to avoid a lot of enthusiast situations because I get people talking to me all the time about my "Shaggy" posts. It is usually uncomfortable for me because I get embarassed about not knowing who they are.

Of course, I posted mine being the hunky piece of man meat that I am... not! LOL

Well, I have "wanted" to do it. Just lazy, I guess.

The reason I waited so long is that I never had a digital camera or scanner until December! I would bet that is why most people don't post pics.

The pic I finally posted was much better than the few current pics of myself I have.

The word "definitely" is definitely the most misspelled word on the buzz.

I would,but I don't have a scanner or a digital camera yet.My printer just died as well,so now I have got to replace that as well.Also,once I get those items,it is going to take me a while to figure out how to use it,as I am still very computer challenged.When I was a kid,we did not have computers in school.

I have a great photo of my oldest son and I in the front seat of the Vancouver PNE Coaster that was taken right before his first ride on it.I would love to put it on this site.

I have a scanner and a digital camera...but.... my stupid computer is so old that the USB gave out on it and now anything that has to do with USB doesn't work!

The only place I have pictures of myself stored on my computer is on AOL's "You've Got Pictures" service. Is there anyway to get those pcitures onto your CoasterBuzz info? Jeff? Anyone?

I agree... I don't know that many people outside of the regular Cedar Point crowd (much of which is a semi-PKI crowd). Not that I'm going to study the photos or anything, but it does help if I know someone will be there!

I get the feeling there's a conspiracy over at King's Island to remove anything that has "K" or "C" in its initials.

My bowling-pin shape is pretty unforgettable, though.

Strangely enough, I didn't even notice there *WAS* an option for pics. I'm not the type that has many pictures of myself, but I think I registered to post and just ignored the Profile page since.

I'll have to go crop something and submit it so you guys know what I look like for Coastermania (and if I can get the extra time off, Coasterbuzzcon!).

Brian, your pic makes you look a bit angry...(as if I made you buy the CD!) I liked the other pic better, but this one is certainly a lot closer. I should update my pic, but then again, people can go to my website to see the new and improved me. Lately, it has been blue hair...... Yes, I know ;)
