Any songs that remind you of your park?

Just wondering. Kind of a weird question, actually.

“Are there any songs that remind you of your local theme park, or just roller coasters in general?”

For me, definately. Three Doors Down's 'Kryptonite' was really popular around the time I made a few trips to SFGam. Ever since then I almost always hear it on the way there, or blasting on speakers in the park. I love the song because it, well, reminds me of all the good times I had!

Now that you think I'm weird . . . how about you guys?

I would have to say 3 Doors Down cause on our trip to Hersheypark this past summer we listened to that album all the way there. Everytime I hear that now I think about Hersheypark.

Haha, I hate pop, but I remember when driving down to PKI in 2000, they ALWAYS had Britney Spear's "Oops.. I did it again" on the radio. Whenever I hear that song, PKI instantly pops up in my head.

That's exactly what I do. I have playlists of music that reminds me of parks in Ohio and Florida. I hear a song, write it down, and download it because it reminds me of the park and coasters. Songs bring back good memories.

Destiny's Child reminds me of Nitro

Just about any 80's song reminds me of PGA! It imeedialtly cuaght me ear when I walked in and heard " Celebration" blasting in the main gate of the park. I had never heard music that is, or was popular, ever in a park until then!

The rock show by blink reminds me of amusment parks. because it came out the same time as Nitro, and I remember looking at pictures of it and listening at the same time.

Nelly Furtado's I'm Like a Bird because it was playing at least three times on the radio last season as I was entering the parking lot at Six Flags Marine World.
