Any songs that remind you of your park?

Well no songs remind me of *my* parka as I do not currently own any (Well, I guess I own a little *part* of Disney....)

Anyway, whenever I hear Blu Cantrell's "Hit 'em up Style" I start to think of PKD. It seemed like this time last year, whenever I would go to King's Dominion, I would hear this song. So now I always picture driving down I-95 and seeing the Eiffel Tower.

Besides, if we were really shutting down people we disagreed with, would Jeremy (2Hostyl) still be around? :) I think not. - Jeff 1/24/02

Any Techno reminds me of coasters in general. The Get Up Kids remind me a lot of CP though.

"Ruba dub dub, thanks for the grub...yay god!"

EL NINO-by Agnelli & Nelson. It's the song that was used in the X Animation. I downloaded and listened to it about 1,000,000 times the week before my home park opened lat year (SFNE). Now that its almost that time of year again, anytime I listen to it, I get anxious to ride a coaster!

For some exceptionally odd reason, Less Than Jake seems to remind me of Hershey Park.

Maybe it is because I listened to them mostly the whole time going there.

Uptown girl
She's been living in her uptown world
I bet she never had a backstreet guy
I bet her mama never told her why

Well... to me, UPTOWN sounds like UP DOWN. And you go up and down on roller coasters. And a girl may ride a roller coaster. [insert rolling eyes graphic here]

The theme from Batman the Movie because I have heard it in queue lines for the two Batman rides I have been on.

The Carousel Song!!!
Palisades Park by Freddy Cannon reminds me of Kennywood because he did a Kennywood version live on KDKA back in the day.

"If you want to follow me, you've got to play pinball."

"Crush" by Dave Mattews Band always reminds me of Knott's Berry Farm. On my 30th birthday, my friends bought me that CD, and I swear I played that song over and over and over during the trip to Knott's that followed.

You know how a song can bring back almost haunting memories of a certain time and place? That song just haunts me!

Have you ever considered that maybe it's not the park that's the problem, but YOU?

Leave you Far Behind off the Matrix soundtrack reminds me of Cedar Point whereas SR-71's Right Now reminds me of Valleyfair

My deepest sympathies.

Home Is Where the Heart Is by late 80's band Firehouse I always figured if I ever made a coaster video I would play that song during the carowinds part since it's my home park and its also Firehouse's home park since they are from charlotte

Other than that it would probably any one of those damn paramount movie songs they play every 2 seconds

I agree with you, I love coasters so much that I can think about something and it will somehow remind me of a roller coaster.

I can't think of a good signature.

Britney Spears and Hershey Park....yes this is a very weird topic

Any song on one of Robb Alvey's videos, I can always remember the park when I hear one of those songs.

Exactly what I was thinking.

This may sound dumb, but every time I call this certain company I deal with at work, they play classical music that reminds me of the stuff they pump all through BGW.
