Chat Room?

I don't know if this will work, but how about adding a chat room?

No chat rooms. Chat = noise.

Actually Jeff, check out http://www.quickchat.org/ and you can get a nice chat room. I have seen many chat rooms like this and they are very controled! I was totally suprised and i think the reason is their is no person acting as a boss. (People actually chat bad because they want to get in trouble). I believe you can always try it, and if it doesn't work, ditch the idea. You never know.

Also, you could have featured chat sessions sponsored by someone or whatever like once a month.

If you really want to chat use IRC.

I don't really see a big need for one. Only because there is always an answer of some type 99.9% of the time to someone's post the same day the post was submitted. And everything here and at GTTP is answered very well and to the point. same day responses are quick enough for me.

BTW- I'm pulling for an upset tonight go Florida :)

The only situation that chat rooms ever work is when they're tightly moderated. Otherwise they degenerate in to sex talk and "u r a lamer" exchanges. Not to mention they're CPU intensive.
