Is SFOG getting anything for 2002?

I heard that a B&M coaster was going there for the new season. Ive made a decision to go there in 2002 so I think something like a B&M hyper would do them great. I know they just got Deja Vu but on www.tpne.8m.com it says that peices of B&M track are being shipped to the park so Im just wondering.

Oooo, Jeff just gave us a hint, Merry Christmas Jeff! Seeing as how Jeff already said some other SF parks are getting floorlesses and he knows what SFOG is getting, I think it would be safe to say that SFOG is getting a floorless in 2002! Cool, cool, too bad I can't go ever.

Yeah SFOG is getting a B+M next season, possibly a flyer, although no one believes that will happen.  Honestly, I'll settle for anything after getting Deja Vu (slogan:  Sometimes It Works).

Very, very slim. The new coaster is a B&M flyer.

Believe me, if these rumors about a Flyer come true, I'll be thrilled, but the Southeast needs a tall rollercoaster.  Perhaps I'm wrong, but I know the tallest coaster I've been on is PKI's Vortex (yeah I know, that's weak).  If it's gonna be a Flyer, I'd like to at least think it'll be pretty tall.  Does anyone know of the closest hyper coaster?

If you want a Good Hyper coaster either go to SFNE,CP SFGADV, Busch Gardens in Williamsburg VA. Those should start you off.

Do you think he is a god that has inside info at all these parks? Its NOT a floorless(nor a hyper for that matter)!

Exactly...  that's my point..  A good 8 hours from Greenville, South Carolina.

I hear that 8 hours! SFoG is the best place to go if you live in the whole WNC/that whole Greenville/Spartanburg type of areas. I grew up in Asheville, SFoG is the only option you've got for that much bang for the buck, driving to other parks is SO time consuming that they never come up as options. I went to BGW one time while we lived up there, and it is no fun driving that route, LOL. Putting a hyper at SFoG is going to be nothing but good(please hyper!) for everybody and the park.

How good is the Georgia Cyclone?

Georgia Cyclone - I thought it was very average.  Not a lot of air, but a lot of screeching on the turns.  I'm going to give it another chance, though, as I could have just hit it on a bad day.

The Great American Scream Machine rocks.  Tons of fun.

I'm the opposite of most people on that wood. GASM is a good ride, I remember it being wilder longer back, but my preferrence is on the Cyclone. It must've been a bad day. Usually, when riding the Cyclone, it's all I do. Different rides are always like different days. Some rides are nothing but screeching, but there's some air to be had. From the third seat and especially in the back, although those bars aren't designed for air, IMO, I've been saved by the seatbelts(or felt fairly close to it).

somebody mentioned on TPC that the flyer would be 230 feet and would go beetween The Viper space and near GASM., that would be somewhat of an experience.

I'd just like to know where in the world this "flyer" rumor came from to begin with.  It seems like such a stretch that there has to be some element of truth involved considering everyone was looking towards like 2004 or 2005 before we saw US flyers.  I dunno.  I wish someone would expound.
