According to the "shirts" at SFoG, GASM was retracked this past off-season, and IMO it was WELL worth it...got three consecutive front-seat rides to close out the nite at Viper's farewell, and it was INSANE!!!  They agreed with me that twisters require a TON of maintenance in comparison, but did *hint* that Ga. Cyclone was going to get some work this off-season...

good I hope it does get re tracked cause my friend hates rough rides so that means I would have to ride alone after his first ride, and I love rough coasters So I would be on it all day and that would cause some problems.
This is one coaster that will be interesting to watch.  If it is a B&M, then it is more likely to be a hyper or even a flyer than a Floorless or Stand-up.

I like the way many, many people are adament that it is a B&M Flying Coaster.  I'm inclined to believe it may just be that - because if it isn't a whole lot of people will be hanging their heads in shame...

I still have to believe that IoA will be next with the Flyer though - it's just too perfect for them, and they have that huge space...

Speaking of tall coasters in the South, wasn't it rumored that BGT was going to get a B&M hyper? I remeber hearing so much about this a few months back...

The roughest part of a B&M is having to get off.

First, it WON'T be a stand-up because of the already existing Georgia Scorcher.  A Floorless, flyer, and hyper are all reasonable possibilities.  I'm inclined to think hyper  (Look at the pictures in the "Photos of SFOG's new site clearing!!!" and you can see what looks like a banked turnaround in a couple shots) and a Flyer just seems too perfect for SFOG.  Any of the three B&M's would be awesome (and very possible), but a B&M Flyer would actually bring a lot of new people to the park.
