Who has the most prolific coaster record?

By the way, don't waste your time with "I've been on 50, 60".  I've seen quite a few with over 100.  I wanna see if we can find out who has the most?

There has to be a title since (in my opinion) the King of Coaster Knowledge HAS to be Rideman.

Never mind.  I think we have a winner..  Unless someone can beat Arrow_Guy and his track record of 212 (although a suspect 12 rides listed for Thunderbolt Express)  hehe.  Wow.. amazing man.

On Coasterbuzz?  I'm only concerned with buzzers.

Who cares? The number of coasters you've been on doesn't mean you love coasters any more or less than anyone else.

I know it doesn't matter to me, but whatever floats your boat.

I am sure there are a few coasterbuzzers with about 500 or close to that. i have plenty of years to build up my track record, i'm only 16.

I'm about to turn 16 and I have 122 coasters.  Although there are people out there with over 600!

That was a little ferocious, don't you think?  At no point did I give more merit to those who had ridden more.  But, by the same token, when people look to Rideman for a lot of technical aspects of rides, I might be more inclined to know WHO has been on many of the rides when I ask questions such as "If I only had time for one park coming back through PA, should I try to hit Dorney or Kennywood".   Anybody who posts can yell out one or the other, but I might take a little longer look at a response by Arrow Guy, or Soggy.  If it wasn't for Soggy, I would have gone to Six Flags Astro World instead of Jazzland when I visited my brother in Baton Rouge.  Thanks to him, I rode a great CCI instead of moldy old coasters in Houston.

More times than not, there's a legitimate reason why I post a thread here.  Please give me the benefit of the doubt next time.

Hello,

How do you go about "counting" them all? I am sure there are rides over the years that I have forgotten about...

I'm talking about coasters, not "rides" so much.

It should'nt be on the number, but rather the different types of coasters. For example probably about 20 of any Amercian buzzers are going to be boomerangs. It should be the number with regards to types and different countries. I've done over 100 coasters in US,UK,France,Spain,Australia with Germany and Holland coming next year. You Americans have it easy, that because there's a decent theme park within 2hours from anywhere. Your just damm lucky buzzers.

I rode 177 coasters.  That's not counting racers and dueling coasters as two.  Some coasters not on my list are the original Corkscrew at KBF, a disney coaster and another one.  Before the 2000 season, I only had 17 total but I went all out - riding 135 new ones in 2000 and 35 new ones this year.

There are several Buzzers who list over 200 coasters on their track record.  There are also several others who list 0 coasters that certainly have totals of well over 200, but they haven't worried about entering their list.

I agree with those sentiments, Quality is definitely better than quanity thats what i usually end up passing up on the boomerangs at a new park.

Many of the folks with large lists do a lot of business travel...so it's give and take. And Paul? That's guys a pro...pure and simple.

I've got 219 in my track record, plus several others that are defunct - and I would have more if I rode every Boomerang, hang n' bang, and junior coaster, but I prefer quality to quantity.

I don't think that's a bad count considering I'm from the UK!
