Here you can find a computer generated image of the proposed 700ft tall freefall ride built on the side of the Stratosphere Tower.

Is that suppose to be the *Hammerhead Stall*, that they have been trying to get. If so, it looks pretty sweet.....Kinda looks like a candy-cane..LoL

Who the heck does Arrow think they are?

Masters of reality? Purveyors of Time and Space? Did I just say that?

Plus that freefall looks pretty intense!

Would you board this coaster at the bottom and then be pulled up to drop, or would you start from the top.  If you started from the top, where would you exit.   I wouldn't want to be in a station at the bottom when this thing came flying down from 750 ft.

Just trying to figure out how this ride would operate.

this ride looks sweet, but i have to admit i was disapointed to hear the cars are going to be enclosed.  I was thinking S:te style vehicles with only lapbars.

I have a question, will this be concidered a coaster or a free fall. Its not a whole S:TE issue. There are many Rides that are like this one. Will it be a coaster or a free fall ride?

Jeez, the ride doesn't even have permission to be built yet, and we got people questioning whether it's a coaster or not.

For the 9-bazillionth time, it doesn't matter.

On another note, just think about this:  Stack S:TE on top of Millennium Force and it still would be shorter than this.  BTW, I think Arrow is "winking" at the coaster industry by making the "short" side of the track 415 feet tall....the exact height of S:TE.

Will you be facing like a normal coaster on the drop or like Demon Drop at CP? Also how does it only go to another 450 ft. spike? And Does it actually go more than 90 degrese on the 415 ft. tower?

That ride looks sweet! I bet it would probably cost a lot of money, but who knows? First we should wait to see if it's even gonna be built. But we can still definitely hope...thank god for my mom's yearly trip to Las Vegas. :)

Den its going to be a ride...They are going to approve it.. They need help on that end of the Strip, and that will be a big draw. I am excited to see Arrow getting back in the business in a big way. I didn't want to see them go bankrupt.

reluctantly i would have to call this a coaster. becase i consider s:te a coaster. but wow a  ride that would kill the compition by hundreds of feet crazy. i would be scared as hell to ride that.

I would not like being lifted 750ft into the air. But, I would do it for this ride. (assuming it will be built) I am glad the cars are enclosed (or at least thats what I heard?) since I would not like to be hit by a bug going that fast :)

So if the train goes up the 415 foot tower, does it have to climb back by the drop to get into the station or is there going to be a transfer track to bring it back into the station?

well since it comes to a stop in the middle of the track, i think people would load in the middle, then it would lift up
