Uhh they have A Raging Bull and isn't a bull in the cow family?

Don't forget X-Cow!

s made an Excellent point about SFGAdv's Medusa, it doesn't fit the section at all (and Medusa mining company - some lamebrain thought THAT was a theming concept). But then again, SF parks in general don't do a great job of naming or theming. SFMM is better than most, but SF parks sure could use rollergator, yours truly, to help the theming and scenery throughout their chain, and to help with naming rides and "sprucing up" queue lines. If they were as inventive as Busch parks (Alpie, Loch Ness, Montu, Gwazi, etc.) - and if personnel were a little friendlier/more helpful, people would stop talking about TPM altogether. They would all be talking about how much better their parks are!

P.S. A bull isn't "in the cow family" - they're the SAME animal, different gender. But a Mad Cow wild mouse could be a fun ride - MUST have Reverchon spinning cars though.

They usually have a panel to come up with the names and then they submit different names before voting on the nominations.

Personally I don't think most of the GP actually knows what makes a good ride... Ask most of them and many's answer would be something about "18 loop-de-loops..."

You are 100 percent correct. In my pre-enthusiast days, I would have thought that would rock! 18 straight loops in a row. The GP could come up with some pretty boring ideas. As for the cow names, I think they are a great idea! Especially MOO, which is a great inside joke for me.
Well, the general public wouldn't submit such ludicrus ideas to a park in the first place.

Maybe a 10yr old may say that 13 loops in a row might be nice...

But a late teens and older person would say differently, and most people who would enter such a contest (building a coaster), would have a little knowledge on either CAD, Rollercoaster Tycoon, or some kind of coaster building!!!
I really like the mad cow wild mouse idea!

The best name would be for PCW to use the name Bond! I'll try and e-mail them and bug them about naming their next ride that!
