From the press release:

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation (NYSE: FUN) today announced a new strategic partnership with NFL legend and three-time Super Bowl champion Travis Kelce, under which he will serve as a brand ambassador for North America’s largest regional amusement park operator.

The partnership unites one of the NFL’s most dynamic and influential personalities with Six Flags’ mission to provide its guests with the best in thrills and family entertainment. Over the course of 2026, Kelce will partner with Six Flags to provide marketing support to the Company’s portfolio of parks, including supplying digital content across various social media platforms. Six Flags also has the right to utilize Kelce’s name, image and likeness across a variety of approved channels, including broadcast media, streaming platforms, and in-park marketing outlets.

“Travis Kelce has been a lifelong fan of Six Flags, having grown up going to some of our most iconic parks with family and friends, so he is a natural ambassador to represent the Six Flags brand across North America,” said John Reilly, president and chief executive officer. “His fun-loving personality, commitment to excellence and passion for the game have contributed to three Super Bowl titles on the field, and we’re confident they will score big with our guests as well.”

"Six Flags parks were a hallmark of my childhood and the scene of some of my most fun and cherished memories, and I’m excited to team up with the company as it enters its next chapter," said Kelce. "The Six Flags team is creating even more rides and attractions as it takes guest engagement to a new level. I look forward to helping them continue to build excitement for their unrivaled portfolio of parks and introduce a new generation of fans to unforgettable experiences.”

Financial terms of the partnership arrangement were not disclosed.

This partnership with Kelce marks one of many actions Six Flags is taking as it continues to invest in world-class thrill rides, attractions and other family-friendly entertainment assets across its portfolio of parks.

My bet for GrAdv is Raging Cajun

The track apparently has arrived at Great Adventure.

As have the Flyers, Wave Swinger and Nebulaz

Good to hear. Great Adventure needs all the capacity they can get after the most recent ride removals.

The Boardwalk might actually be a cool place if the plans are done well.

I could see the Flyers and Nebulaz down the middle of the area where the games used to be walking towards Superman.

Those rides with ability to walk around them will have people watching.

How fast until I get a cycle shut down for snapping will be the question?

Since Great Adventure seems to be making a big addition for this summer I have to ask about the past...was there anything wrong with Green Lantern that instead of being scrapped it could have been used for a "ride rotation" option? I could have envisioned it going to a park like St. Louis or Over Texas, either as a stand-up or converted to a floorless, which could have driven attendance without the high cost of buying "new."

Green Lantern was originally Chang at Kentucky Kingdom.

Having rode it at Kentucky Kingdom and then again at Great Adventure. It did not move well the first time. I can imagine they knew moving it again would make it even worse. Not sure a conversion to floorless would have helped.

St Louis would be out as a destination if they moved it also as I doubt they would move it to a park they only would be owning for one more season.

Judging by the dirt and path, so far, Id say the layout aiming for is CP with the new coaster being the Lake.

Considering the parks opens in 3 days, Im surprised they have not announced the area in further detail? Maybe on opening day?

Let's hope their announcement is more clear than whatever you're trying to say in that first sentence.

The heartline would be way out of whack.

And I read that first sentence about 7 times and I'm still confused.

Although I don't think a new coaster is coming to CP for sometime, even if dirt and path say the layout is aiming for the Lake. Or something like that.

If Great Adventure could support a new coaster is coming to CP for sometime, they would have even if dirt and path say the layout is aiming for the Lake already.

I was saying the layout would mimic CP Boardwalk at GrAdv, just with the new coaster in the back like the lake is at CP. Then the new flats in a line in fronton the right side, which basically appears to be the layout from the art. Just replace Matterhorn, Scrambler, Troika, with Nebula, Swings, Eagles then put rajun cajun in the back next to Superman, where wind seeker would be at CP, in this analogy.

The amount of research I'd have to do to picture this is hurting my temples.
