I assume it's two that were barely at the threshold for having enough riders and someone rating something else put them below the threshold?

Looks like at some recent point Velocicoaster took over the top spot which Steel Vengeance has held for quite a while. It's by literally a fraction of a star rating for either ride so any new rating can swing it either way. Friendly reminder to rate your coasters and vote in the 2026 Elections.
